Return & Exchange Policy
Candle Appearance and Care
Our candles are crafted with 100% natural soy wax, which can sometimes pull away from the glass or show slight imperfections due to temperature changes. These variations are a natural characteristic of soy wax and do not affect the candle’s performance or quality.
Returns & Refunds
If you’re unsatisfied with your candle, we’ll gladly offer a refund (excluding shipping costs) under the following conditions:

The candle is unused and returned in its original packaging.

The return is initiated within 7 business days of receiving the product.
How to Process a Return

Contact us to let us know which candle(s) you’d like to return.

We’ll provide you with our return address.

Once we receive the candle and confirm it is unused, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding shipping).

Shipping Locations
We deliver to all residential, rural, and business addresses across New Zealand. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or addresses outside of New Zealand at this time.
Delivery Timeframes
While we strive for timely delivery, please note that public holidays, weekends, weather disruptions, pandemics, and peak seasonal demand may impact delivery times.
